Red lobster is a chain of sea food eateries. It was introduced in 1960 and later became famous due to its tasty and popular recipes. Later on they developed their own trade mark recipes like shrimp scampi, crab Alfredo, clam chowder and coconut shrimp sauce.

Red lobster biscuits are very simple and very tasty. Their cheesy-garlic-soft-scrumptious taste is irresistible. According to the annual stat's of Google (1999-2001) the Red Lobster biscuit recipe was one of the most searched biscuits recipes on Google.

Ingredients:
Bisquick baking milk - 2 1/2 cups
Cold milk/water - 3/4 cups
Cold butter - 4 tablespoons or 1/2 sticks
Garlic powder - 1/4 teaspoons
Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 cup
Ingredients Of Mixture For Brushing On Biscuits:
Melted butter - 2 tablespoons
Dried parsley flakes - 1/4 teaspoons
Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoons
Salt - one pinch

How To Make:
Take a fork and beat butter and bisquick mixture together.

Make sure that there are small pea sized chunks of butter present in the mixture when you finish beating.

Add cheddar cheese, milk and garlic powder and mix with your hand.

You can also use water instead of milk if you don't like taste of milk.

Take an ungreased cookie sheet and drop the appropriate size of mixture on the sheet with the help of an ice cream scoop.

Place the biscuits in a pre heated oven (heated at 450 degrees).

Bake for 15 - 18 minutes or until biscuits turn light brown.

Mixture For Brushing Biscuits:

Melt butter, add garlic powder and parsley flakes and stir. Brush this mixture on your biscuits.
Serving - 8 to 10
Cooking time - 3 to 15 minutes

 

 

 

 

 

 


Red Lobster's Crab Stuffed Mushrooms


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

One of most sought after Red Lobster recipes is the famous crab stufffed mushrooms recipe. Most of the ingredients used are present in your kitchen or easily available in the supermarket. One thing to be kept in mind is to follow the process as it is described below. To get the taste exactly as they do in the restaurant you must follow all the steps as they are illustrated below.


Ingredients:
Fresh mushrooms - one pound (30 - 40 pieces)
Celery finely chopped - 1/4 cup
Onion finely chopped - 2 tablespoons
Red bell peppers finely chopped - 2 tablespoons
Oyster crackers crushed - 2 cups
Cheddar cheese shredded - 1/2 cup
Garlic powder - 1/4 teaspoons
Old bay seasoning - 1/2 cup
Black pepper freshly ground - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Egg - 1
Water - 1/2 cup
White cheddar cheese - 6 slices
Butter - 4 tablespoons

How To Make:
Take celery, onion and pepper and saute for two minutes in butter.

Take the vegetables out in a plate and place in the refrigerator till they are cooled.

Remove stems of mushrooms and finely chop half of the stems.

Combine finely chopped mushroom stems, chilled vegetables and all other ingredients except cheese slice.

Now take mushroom caps and place them in buttered baking dishes.

Stuff each cap with one teaspoon of filling.

Cover all caps with cheese slices and bake in pre heated ( at 400 degrees) oven.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or till the cheese turn brown.
Serving - 6 people
Cooking time - 20 to 30 minutes
