Pre-soak a pound of dry great northern beans overnight. First, you have to cook two pounds of boneless and skinless chicken breast in 10-12 ounces of chicken broth. Let cool and the shred chicken.     How To Make:

    Now take mushroom caps and place them in buttered baking dishes. Stuff each cap with one teaspoon of filling. Cover all caps with cheese slices and bake in pre heated ( at 400 degrees) oven. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or till the cheese turn brown. 
    Serving - 6 people
